Refund Procedure

1. Request an RMA: Contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

2. Ship Your Return: Affix the RMA label and send the package to the address provided.

3. Inspection & Notification: We’ll inspect the items and email you upon approval or if additional information is needed.

4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed automatically to the same payment account you used for purchase.
